Planning our debut trip to Costa Rica meant so much <to me>. Costa Rica was the next destination that my son and his travel group had booked to go. He died a week before the trip. It was the perfect destination for Sunrise to launch our first trip. Costa Rica was AMAZING! From the moment we entered the beautiful ocean front luxury villa until we said our goodbyes on the last day. Who could have imagined that ten women who hardly knew one another and had never traveled together would form an everlasting bond?

to my sunrise sisters,
Saying thank you just don't seem to be enough. My heart is overflowing with joy & my eyes are so full with tears. You see, I just had one of the best experiences of the my life. One of the things I had been praying about & was believing GOD for was a realignment on this trip of my Spirit, Soul, and Body. I wasn't crying,! wasn't sharing, and I wasn't allowing anyone that I didn't know within my circle of trust. So, on this trip I laughed, I cried, I shared the innermost parts of me, I unpacked boxes of emotions that I had packed away; even boxes from my childhood that was a chokehold on my life. I saw some of the walls come down early in the trip, but I guess there was one thing I was holding onto and at the very end I had several meltdowns. Although, I didn't understand the meltdowns, but it is there I received my breakthrough. I can say the emotional blockage is gone. Thanks everyone for helping me stay grounded, reassuring me that I wasn't alone, & that I was safe!
